Roller Poly v belt is a new type of transmission method for logistics conveying equipment. Made of high elasticity polyamide resin core wire,it has high speed, quiet, environmental protection and other application characteristics.Mainly replace O-belt, timing belt, friction belt, chain and other transmission methods.It can make up for the problems of low load of O-belt, expensive timing belt, poor transmission efficiency of friction belt, and large chain noise.

Q 1.Does it make noise?
Thanks to the elastic properties of its side guides, it prevents the belt jumping and reduces irritating noise by absorbing shocks, vibrations and flapping. The grooves in the Pioneer elastic PJ belt make the transmission very silent, whatever speed the conveyor is operating at.

· Since the elastic structure of the belt can play a self-tensioning role, there is no need for additional tensioning equipment, such as idler pulley.

·It can be installed quickly and conveniently. The belt can be installed directly on the corresponding standard belt pulley at the fixed center distance, which greatly extends the life of the transmission device.
