The poly rib belt (poly v belt, serpentine belt) refers to a ring-shape rubber transmission belt with a flat belt as the base body, and vertical 40° trapezoidal wedge arranged on the inner surface with equal intervals, the working surface is the side of the wedge. It's especially suitable for high-speed transmission with compact structure and large transmission power.

① The specifications and models of pulley and the poly rib belt do not match;
② The belt wedge is stained with solvent or other chemicals;
③ The use environment temperature is too high, the cooling method should be improved.
④ The process parameters of the pulley do not meet the standard or the pulley is rusty.
